I am on a mission to lose 15 pounds. I have decided to blog about this journey. Hopefully my transparency will help me to be faithful to this life change. When I lost 30 pounds in high school I developed a few healthy habits that I need to return to. I was drinking more water and I never ate after 9p.m. Since I'm currently moving into my own place, I can now cook my own nutritious meals.
I plan on taking before pictures and posting them on here. Lawd give me strength!
