This past Saturday a co-worker told me that she takes a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar a day to help curb her appetite. Lately I've been thinking about a way to speed up my metabolism, because apparently mines works slow, or has died. Later on that evening I proved how Americanized I am, and purchased some Apple Cider Vinegar. I haven't used any yet, because after two days of staring at it, I realized that I had no idea about what to use it for. After a little research, I discovered the following:
- Apple Cider Vinegar helps clear skin and blemishes
- Apple Cider Vinegar breaks down fats, so your body can use them, instead of storing them
- Apple Cider Vinegar helps improve bowel irregularity
Sounds good to me. I'm going to try taking one tablespoon a day and see what happens. Has anyone ever tried this before?
